Service Description
Relationship coaching sessions are offered to address a variety of relationship needs. Our relationship coaching sessions combine aspects of traditional talk therapy, goal-oriented approaches and mindfulness activities to help couples gain a better understanding of their relationship challenges. During these sessions, clients will work with licensed therapist and certified life coach Seba-Ka, to identify and address common day challenges. Through a combination of education and open discussion, clients will gain a better understanding of the blockages that are impeding their relationships.
